Ron was very professional. He showed up on time in a large professional van. He had all the professional tools and was very friendly. I would definitely do business with Ron again if I ever need my windshield repaired!
Called and scheduled an appointment. Had me drive out to a glass distributor in Anaheim to get it fixed only to find nobody there. When I called back to see what was up, no response. Don't bother.
Showed up and delivered in less than an hour - Mazda CX5 Glass replaced - great job! They have reasonable prices, come to you, and are very professional.
Customer service on the phone was terrible. The operator didn't speak english, mumbled and spoke quietly, and would hang up on me when I asked him to speak louder and more clearly. After the second call he refused to answer the phone. You cannot have people who cannot communicate clearly, responsible for customer service.
