This review is long over due. My family has been customers of Mike's for probably over 40 years. My dad would bring all our family cars here and now I bring my cars for all major work and maintenance. Mike and the team are fantastic. Always professional and transparent with what needs to be done. No unnecessary work. Great people. Great business.
Mikes is great! I needed a repair on my rear plate The screws were rusted/corroded to the point where I couldn’t get the old plate off.Sounds dumb I know but I was away from my home with only wd40 and a wrench. I went to Mikes which was packed out with customers. Mike or one of his guys heard me at the front desk and grabbed my keys. He took a look, took the car for 3 minutes and bam! Problem fixed! One of my good friends recommended this place. I dealt with Anthony...What I loved about the whole experience was that Anthony brought me into the back and showed me the parts that he removed from my car and showed me why they failed. Which in this case I had a severe oil leak that was leaking oil onto my serpentine belt throwing oil all over my engine compartment which ended up being a camshaft o-ring gasket which the job was a little bit involved. I went in for brake and tire replacements for my Honda SUV. From the beginning Mike was extremely helpful and transparent with what needed to be done to the car. I really appreciate how he explained every aspect of the service to me and physically showed me the issues on the vehicle. Theresa was a delight to speak with, extremely polite, and went above and beyond in ensuring that I had the best experience possible. Extremely honest people and I couldn't imagine giving anyone else my future business.
