A completely horrible experience. Mike charged me for services I never authorized. I've been fighting to have these reversed for over 6 months now. He worked on my boat once before, and after I had an issue he told me to bring it back and he would look at it for no charge. He had my boat for 3 months before I finally called to find out what was going on with my boat. He proceeded to tell me that he conducted $500 worth of "diagnostic" work and was unable to repair my boat. I refused to pay since I never authorized any work w... read more
This was the worse experience ever. The outdrive was warrantied but only worked for one time out on the boat ($1,500 for the first repair!). Try to get him to warranty his work and you will get cussed at and talked so rudely to you won't believe your ears. All of the old gaskets were still there and low and behold, when they put it back together, they forgot to put in a nut allowing water to get back into it.
