Mike and his wife has worked on my boat for three years now. They have done engine work when I first met them and I have not taken it back for engine work since. Then it was the gimble bearing, that was fixed, then it was finished up this year with cosmetic things. There has not been 1 time their expertise was questioned. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this boat company. I called to schedule a simple oil change and was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. I was told they were “too busy for just an oil change” and that we could probably just do it ourselves. If I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn’t have reached out to a professional in the first place. It’s frustrating to be treated like my business isn’t worth their time. I’ll be taking my boat — and my money — elsewhere.
We have used Mike’s Marine for 10+ years and cannot say enough good things about him and his service/expertise. Very fair, explains what service(s) he recommends and corresponding price(s), and has kept our jet skis and pontoon running smoothly and efficiently all/every season. If you are looking for someone to give you the lowest price and cut corners, go somewhere else. But if you want excellent quality and service, he’s your guy. Highly recommend!
