Like other customers said "I used to trust him...". Service/cost has been great for many years until he damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. I brought my car for an oil change. I get home and it is dripping oil all over my driveway. I looked under the car and the oil pan has a 1/4 inch crack right at the oil plug. I sent Mike a picture and he says no way it would be him. So I guess it is the tooth fairy? (FYI That s what happens when you over tighten the plug or lower the lift and forgot something underneath). ... read more
