Customer service was great! Even though they didn’t carry my specific key in stock for replacement, they were able to direct me to where I can purchase one. I will definitely go back in the future.

I went there on July 23rd to have two locks (3 cylinders) rekeyed. The man behind the counter asked if I was dropping off or wanted to wait. I asked how long would it take. He said about 10.minutes. I said great I'll wait. Pleasant customer focused business. I recommend them highly.

I had a set of apartment keys that other places had a hard time duplicating, but the employee who helped me made copies in 2 minutes tops! It's clear this is a skilled and knowledgeable team.
