Excellent service, I had a broken clasp on my chain, took it in to get replaced and I was in & out 5 minutes later with a new clasp on my chain. Very friendly folks
I recently went to Mike for a ring that required a tight turn around before I left for a trip. He worked with me to get it done on time and it was a great result. I was very picky with what I was looking for and Mike bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the final product. Great service and communication and I will definitely go back for any future needs.
