I called Mike today & he arrived within the hour. Our AC had gone out, and he popped out on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly figured out what was wrong, swapped out the part, ran some tests, and was on his way. Fast, precise, and affordable! Plus, Mike was very personable and took the time to explain in layman's terms what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what to look out for in the future. Corey and the boys are awesome. They are fair and honest and very efficient. Hard to find a good AC company but I found one.
Mikes HVAC installed 7 new Gree systems in a multi family property. 3 have failed due to improper installation. Tried to contact them dozens of times and they never answer nor return the calls. Called recently from a new number and left a vague message. They returned that call and said they would check into it and get back to me and never did. Great service!
I called and they said they would be here in about 2 hours which turned out to be when they arrived. He worked quickly and the cost was reasonable. The son was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
