TERRIBLE SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! This guy sets his own hours and prices. Get ready to be talked down to! He made me wait almost 2 months before he would work on my hot tub, then he never fixed it! He did, however, charge me over $100+ just for service call (which he initially told me would be free). CROOK!!! Go Anywhere else!
Very Friendly When we were looking to purchase a hot tub we went to a lot of places, even looked to the internet and phone order companies for prices and information. We called Mikes and we got great service. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about various products . They gave us all of the information that we needed and didnt try to force false information at us to make us come in and buy one of their products. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a spa or hot tub.
