Long Distance Property Management and Maintenance is difficult under the best of circumstances. Without the assistance of Mike's Home Repairs we are not sure that it would have been possible to successfully maintain our Charlotte investment properties over the course of the past decade. Although he was communicative and accommodating with timing, the job itself left little to be desired. We did a small built in bar, after painting was done there were uneven lines, splatters in our drawers due to carelessness, paint on bottom of our cabinets along with pencil lines left on white cabinets. Poor calking of the countertop to the wall and even letters/#s were left on the marble counter top when installed and no one cleared this off.
