Great customer service! Chris was friendly and an informative technician. I requested to reschedule service date at last minute, and Mike was kind and considerate about it. He was easy to work with.
We starting having problems with our Heater when it was freezing outside recently. Mike sent Chris out and we needed a new element. He made it where we could use it with just the one element. Chris installed the new element today and we feel it's working better than ever! He was very nice also.
