Good Prices Mike's Air Conditioning and Heating is a one man outfit. Mike, the owner of course does all the work himself. He's knowledgeable and offers VERY competitive pricing. Others wanted to charge me upwards of 3500 and Mike put in a high efficiency furnace in my small home for about 1,000 less. The only problems we had were SOMETIMES it took longer than we were told and there was a SMALL add on price to the quote. This was optional and fair, so it was paid.
