He may be a Tech grad(no proof of that!) but he certainly isn't local, and his girl there certainly wasn't paying much at all! I guess he spent all his money blowing up my TV screen with his ridiculous advertisements! Enough already! Raining money at his store?! No way! More like the drought we been in!!
Ive been to this business on three occasions. My last time , well will be the very last time. I sold a 10kt ring weighing 5.2 and another pc of gold 18kt weighing 1.2. I should have received 120.00 with spot pricing for that day. They offered 36.00. Completely in need for money for extingent circumstance. I did accept the check. mgb is a ripoff - the guy that works the afternoon ripped us off - could not get our stuff back - not a place I recommend - not even registered with the BBB
I was very happy with the service I got here.
I took my stuff into mgb. I had a whole bunch of junk that I didn't know was real or not. The girl there was so nice and happily sorted through all my crap. After about half of my stuff stuck to the magnet, I got $346 for stuff that was good! heck ya!
I was very reluctant to go into mikes. I thought it was like some kind of pawn shop and was sort of embarrassed. But their office is actually super nice and it was a very pleasant experience!
I had 4 10k rings. I took them to EZ Pawn and the man only offered me $10 for each ring. I didn't think that was right. I took them to mikes gold buyers and they gave me $105!.
The girls working were so friendly and after checking with several places in town I got the best offer from MGB! I would highly recommend MGB to anyone looking to get rid of their gold or silver! :)
