Mike is very professional and good at what he does. Most of all he was very easy to get in touch with and communicative. He informed us how long the windows would take once ordered, updated us, called when they came in. & then easily set up a time to put them in. I regrettably contacted another company first who had me waiting and waiting around in this cold drafty house. Really wish I contacted Mike first. Made it so easy. Mike came to my house to replace a panel in my bay window and did a great job. I've used him to cut various size plate glass for all my aquarium tops. He is reasonable and does quality work.
