Called for a simple glass replacement on a door window. They were quick and fairly priced but lacked professionalism. While the lady on the phone who made the appointment and took payment was polite and professional the workers were not. After a week of waiting for the glass the two workers showed up without giving me any kind of notice. They seemed nice enough but the caulk job they did wasn’t very clean looking and got on my door. I had a good experience with Mike's Glass in the past when they installed new windows for my old home. I recently moved and asked them to come out for a quote to replace some old defective windows. The owner came out with a helper and both of them were extremely rude. Mike himself noticed some of the defects on the windows I was wanting replaced and started to accuse me of making modifications to the windows. Very friendly staff, owners is good
The big box store was out of glass and Mike's Glass had exactly what we needed to finish our job and get back home. They were friendly knowledgeable and provided the glass in a minimum amount of time. I like Mike's Glass
