I am giving three stars because they did a good job with replacing my car door handle, but there was miscommunication from admin. I called previously to book an appt, and when I came for said appt they told me it was a "drop". When I said I had called weeks prior they told me I called and made an appt for a "drop". I have never heard of this from any mechanic office, so I wish they had been more clear on the phone, because I would have probably gone somewhere else to get it done because it was time sensitive.

I unfortunate had a bad experience here dealing with admin issues. The first time my car was ready for pick up but no one called me. I mentioned I needed it by a certain time to pick up my kids from school. Hours passes and when I called about the status, a lady said she had called a while ago and left me a voicemail. She didn’t call me. I had no missed calls from them. The second time they made a mistake with the booking date.
