LBGTQ FRIENDLY.....this place was awesome. I'm a transgender female and they were very respectful and did a good job.
Friendly service and they installed the part the very next day after it arrived. Vehicle is preforming as it should. The only thing that surprised me was the $54 inspection fee to determine what part to order. Additionally I was certainly not comfortable with the cost of Mike's Garage labor compared to other markets around the country where I had repairs made. Overall- good, skilled, professional folks. Just bring a little extra $$$.
This garage and staff are not a place I would recommend to anyone. They are clearly much more interested in money than customer service or satisfaction. I tried to get an alignment done here. It took two weeks to get the appointment. They told me I had to drop my truck off at 0800 and leave it all day. As I arrived I noticed cars were streaming in and couldn't even park in their lot. Great service and a great staff. They were very responsive and very professional. It's hard to find a good automotive repair shop in the valley, and I would highly recommend these guys. Dominic was so great, professional, courteous, and kind. Thank you Big Mike and Dominic!
