I've been bringing my 20+ year old Subaru Forester to Mike's for many years, and have always been happy with their maintenance and repair work and reasonable prices. Recently I've seen some online complaints about a recent decline in service and other problems, but I just bought the Forester in for its 90K mile tune-up, and once again they did an excellent job. As a long time customer of this shop, my family's personal experience has been exceptional. The last issue we brought a vehicle in for was unreproducible and at least in that particular circumstance with that particular issue, they did not charge a fee for diagnostics, which was appreciated. Had a faulty transmission, and they not only checked for warranty coverage, they reached out to the local dealership to confirm my specific car qualified for repair. I cannot overstate how grateful I am for their excellent service and integrity.
Honest, quality mechanics. Took my Outback in because it was making a funny noise, seemingly from the front left wheel. They identified it was from the wheel not being properly tightened (from prior work at another mechanic). This could have gone very badly... They didn't charge me for the fix.
