I've been bringing my 20+ year old Subaru Forester to Mike's for many years, and have always been happy with their maintenance and repair work and reasonable prices. Recently I've seen some online complaints about a recent decline in service and other problems, but I just bought the Forester in for its 90K mile tune-up, and once again they did an excellent job. When I paid I asked the front desk guy about the social-media grousing, he said they've had problems with being short-staffed lately but otherwise nothing had changed... read more
As a long time customer of this shop, my family's personal experience has been exceptional. The last issue we brought a vehicle in for was unreproducible and at least in that particular circumstance with that particular issue, they did not charge a fee for diagnostics, which was appreciated.
