Mike's use to be a great place for furniture. However in the past couple of years, I've known two people to buy mattresses from this establishment & they both contained bed bugs. Smh. Beware that bed bugs is what you are paying for with this place!!!! Ugh

Highly Pissed Off – I bought a refrigerator from this place on 04/28. The refrigerator is not getting cold like it should. I know this is a used appliance but it is also suppose to have a warranty as well. I was told they cannot send a repair technician to my house because I live in the suburbs. But it was delivered to the suburbs. I was told that I would have to bring the refrigerator to them to have it fixed. How does that make sure. Good stuff with good prices – I love this place. i got all my living room and bed room furniture from here. The workers are willing to work with you on the prices. i got a couple hundreds off my living room set plus free delivery. the only thing that i would say, that will turn you off is that its pretty cramp in the store. there is so much displayed on the floors with hardly no room to walk around, if there was alot of customers in there at one time. but again i love this place and the quality of the furniture is still hold... read more
Good Furniture for Good Prices – I just got a sofa set and entertainment center from them. I am very happy with my stuff. My sofa set was special ordered from Ashley furniture. It took about a week to get it but the furniture is nice
GHETTO ASS HELL!!!!! – The place is so tacky for starters. The people who work in this place are very rude and unprofessional. They think that just because you are a minority, they can treat you any way they want. Not happening here. They can keep their CHEAP ass furniture...:(
Helped me save a bunch of cash – My friend told me about this place, it isn’t too bad. I got a great deal on a real nice bed room set including a dresser, mirror, chest and bed for about $600. Mikes had the best price I saw on such a nice set and I should know because I looked at a bunch of furniture stores in the area. Mikes beat them outright by like $200 bucks. DON'T RISK YOUR (TENANT'S) LIFE! – Though I had good service (from the same gentleman) the 3/4 times I shopped here, FORGET THIS PLACE if you are buying appliances. They are USED, so who knows where they come from (The alleyways of our fair city?!). The store claims the units are in working order, but their 'warranty' lasts one month, and then, folks, you are on your own! I purchased for a rental I own, and had to buy 2 NEW stoves to replace the 2 I got from MIKE'S within one year. They both developed questionable operating ... read more
