Purchased a hot tub from them in 2023 and are very satisfied with pricing and service. We just had to have a part replaced, which was an expensive service call, but worth it since the tech Jimmy did an inspection, replaced the part, gave us a tutorial and helpful information. Plus they sent a tech in less than 24 hours of calling. I recommend not submitting the online request for service, they don't respond. But a simple phone call got us up and running again fast. We're very happy with them and would recommend!
