He was also referred by a friend who was pleased with his work as well. It was quite clear he’s been in this industry for decades. Mike's Factory Direct is the only place I would go. Not only are their delivery times and products top notch, there product knowledge is superior. My salesman Bill Girardi is fabulous. He does it right, plus works around the clock for his customers. It's very hard to find that these days in people. He cares!! Also Silvia who handles the appt schedule is really wonderful.
