Brought out trailblazer in to be looked at for a power steering leak. They said they would check it out. No disclosure of a service fee. When we didn't want them to fix it, they refused to give back the keys until we paid a $47 service fee. They spent less than 20 minutes looking at it and writing the estimate. Very dishonest and irresponsible. Will not recommend or return.
Up visiting from South Carolina for a funeral had issue with front suspension so stopped in. explained issue and was a clear disconnect from receptionist to mechanic. Mechanic wasted time checking codes then argued with me about why cruise control would kick off due to a tire pressure monitoring service alert that has been off n on for 3 years. Horrible customer service I don’t know why I keep going back!!!! I called for a light replacement they advised me it would be $130. I get a call back and the lady said the price to replace the bulb is $195 I was starting to say that the man before quoted me something different and she then very snotty and disrespectful said well if you don’t like it go somewhere else l!!!😡😡😡 who does that I am NEVER taking my car there AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
