Michael from Mike's Elite Towing, the driver, not the company's namesake, who handled the service call, arrived timely, was professional, personable and knowledgable. I had no expectations I would be to the dealership and back at the office in an hour and 20 minutes. But Michael got the Range Rover on the flat bed quickly, drove us to the dealership, and got me on my way in record time.
