Michael from Mike's Elite Towing, the driver, not the company's namesake, who handled the service call, arrived timely, was professional, personable and knowledgable. I had no expectations I would be to the dealership and back at the office in an hour and 20 minutes. But Michael got the Range Rover on the flat bed quickly, drove us to the dealership, and got me on my way in record time. Professional towing company. Went through 4 other towing companies and they refused to tow my car because it is lowered. This company has the know-how and the will to get the job done and quick! Will always use this towing company from now on. And there rates for towing are better than most so that’s a plus!!!

I have a specialty heavy-duty truck. During a rainstorm Mike's towing came out to help fix a flat tire. Chester the tow truck driver had an incredibly great attitude. I live in Port Charlotte if ever need anything towed I will use mike's towing service again
I have used Mike's Elite on several occasions - as a tow service and for engine repair. They replaced a damaged oil pan and did an oil change on one occasion and ran diagnostics on the a/c on another. I have also used their towing service through AAA. Always pleasant and professional. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend.
Very long time to show up, damaged vehicle then didnt want to pay for it. Wont reccomend.
