I purchased an extra large Big Green Egg from this company. This is the second extra large I've purchased from them. (First sold with my home) It's a good product. I contacted them July 22 2025, September 12 2025, October 1 2025, October 3 2025 and December 22 2025 I spoke to someone or left a voicemail each time regarding a replacement ring on my egg. (Part should be under warranty) I never received a call back, plus they claim I paid cash and have no warranty as a result. I'm not a wealthy man so it's highly unlikely I dro... read more

Excellent service, had mini split installed. The two installers Spencer and Joe were very professional and knowledgeable. Great workmanship looks great, very neat and tidy.
