I was here on vacation and rented a vehicle. I was parked in a parking lot and somebody dented the passenger side of my car in a parking lot with their car door. As you know, with the rental car, I would have to pay my deductible. So I contacted Mike. He asked me to send him a picture. I did. He gave me an estimated price and asked when I could come down. We were TOTALLY satisfied from the very first phone call, during the initial shop overview, and through the final follow-up visit at our home. Our 2020 Lincoln Aviator was the victim of a 20 minute hail storm and was covered with dings and dents. Mike is super professional and easy to work with.
