Whatever you do don't ever work for this shop Mike the original owner is a good guy the new owner not so much ! Unless you like working without seeing an estimates ,or tearing the front end of a Mercedes completely apart so you can pound out all the damage with a sledge hammer,use a heat gun on the bumper cover to make it fit again.then manage to put all the damaged parts back together to make it look good and functional. I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair and they painted a few parts that were replaced. 3 years later the paint has started cracking. Their website claims they stand by their work and offer a lifetime warranty. THEY DO NOT. Due to new ownership they will not fix their previous mistakes. Mike's let me down with their poor work. Don't give them the chance to do the same to you.
Great work and service! I selected Mike's due to the good reviews and I was not disappointed. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with. They worked with the insurance company that low balled the estimate so that was one less hassel for me after being rear ended by another car. My 2008 looks new!
Stay clear of Mike's Custom as they have become HIGHLY unethical and are only looking to serve themselves at the expense of everyone else. BEWARE - I rarely post reviews, but I am today because I am so angry with this business.... They will screw you over!
They did an exceptional job! My car looks so good! The estimate was fair and I was kept well informed! They were accurate with the timing of the job! The staff was friendly and helpful! So good to have such success with a small business instead of a big conglomerate!
