Some creeper from this organization came to our subdivision unsolicited this week and stuck fliers on our door handles. It’s on our Ring camera. Is that really an effective and modern advertising method? It’s not the 1970s anymore. Go on the Next Door app or something. Next time we see one of your guys we’re calling the police. You’re not welcome in our community.

In July of 2023, we were hit with the torrential rain that impacted much of Cook County. We have more than two feet of sewer water in the basement. To make matters worse, our insurance company was overwhelmed and did not get back to us in a timely manner. After working with contractors who were hit and miss when it came to reliability, I finally called Manny at Mike’s Construction to give us a bid. This company dose shortcuts on their work. Bothe Manny and Mike are not trust worthy. They talk a good game but the work is not up to part. Save yourself time energy and headaches look the other way from these guys trust me.
