We have been using Mike’s for a while, and yesterday my daughter and I were running some errands and thought it would be a good idea to get her car cleaned. I was really disappointed with my experience at Mike’s Carwash. I paid for a car wash assuming, like pretty much every other car wash in the area, that the vacuums would be included. It wasn’t until after I had already paid and finished washing my car that I realized I’d have to pay again just to vacuum it. Charging separately for vacuums feels outdated when so many competitors offer them for free with a wash. If I had known ahead of time, I would have gone somewhere else. Charges for vacuum. Go down the street to the Tidal Wave and get a better clean for less money.
Only one person working and a truck was holding up the line. I had to reverse and leave and go somewhere else.
