I have been with Mike's for more years than I remember but why should I have to beg someone to use a brush to get the bugs off my windshield! If someone asks you politely for bugs to be removed just use the brush as it is the only way they come off of my windshield. I will continue to support you but please do better Mikes!!
I'm an unlimited member, I personally dont think this particular location gets my car as clean as the others. Staff is friendly tho.

Quality of wash was ok but when entering the beginning of the wash it smelled like sewer water, gross. I never experienced that at any car wash before something needs attention at that location i won't go back
I went for a car wash and the car was misaligned on the car track as i entered the inital wash area. My car immediately veered from the track. My car was damaged and I filed a claim and was disallowed. Very bad customer experience.
