I tried using their vacum hose at 3 different stations and they were set so low they wouldn't even suck up half of a straw wrapper. I tried to get the attendants attention for help anymore she just walked inside. I ended being charges 3x for nothing. I called the store number and after making it through the automated options I got hung up on! I really don't recommend this place it's a waste of money!
DO NOT USE MIKE'S CAR WASH. horrible car wash and I did not receive tire dressing that was paid for. after experiencing a car wash I also believe that the automated wash system would eventually damage my (Or YOUR) car. I immediately went in and told the manager that I wanted a refund and I did not want the free ONE month of washes I was offered as a promotion. The manager said he couldn't help me and that I needed to call their support number. I've called that number and I have just been put on hold and never gotten through.... read more
I love Mikes car wash, but have a couple of issues. They do not hand spray the front and rear of car like they used to. Also the fee of $5.00 to mail the coupon books seems very unreasonable.
They scraped the side of my new car and my rims on the drivers side
