I’ve had a membership for the last 11 months and go at least twice a week to the south lebanon location. Everything was great until recently. As of the last month, I’ve noticed scratches along the driver side along with scratches on the rear hatch. New scratches have appeared each time I’ve gone this month. I have documented the scratches with pictures that are time stamped. Each picture shows the new scratches as they weren’t there with the older time stamped pictures. Came in today and nobody was there to lead me into the tunnel. I sat there for a little bit and nobody was there to greet. I just backed up and left
I had an issue with getting my car washed at the Fairfield location and my vehicle did not get all the way clean. I was told I would get a free wash and email and did not receive one. No worries, though the general manager at this location, I believe his name was Richard Took great care of me and gave me a premium wash or the highest grade wash you could get for free thank you so much To the general manager at the south Lebanon location, Richard and for the team at Mike’s car wash
