This location never quite gets the car as clean as Fields Ertel. I am an unlimited customer for two vehicles. I stopped in on 1/27 at around 7:25pm and sat at the car wash tunnel for 10 minutes. I even gave a light honk, thinking maybe someone didn't see me. Not sure what was going on, but nobody came to the tunnel, so I had to leave without a wash. I know they were open as I saw a car leave the tunnel right when I pulled in.
Average car wash if that, no free vacuums but the worst part - they don't pay claims. Had a perfectly fine windshield then a cracked windshield while on their property. Can tell from their multiple corporate responses they don't pay ANY claims. We are going to stick with Carriage House Car Wash, thousand times better (and petition Kroger fuel to stop suggesting Mike's Car Wash).
Google amd signage at location said they're open until 8pm 🤥... Pulled up at 7:05pm 1/3/26, lights were on, all the lanes to pull up to were blocked off, and nobody was there... Guess they need to update their hours on their signage and on Google
