First time ever paying for a monthly account at a car wash and still have to pay to vacuum. Female came out and and told me I have to call a number to get my money back . But I did not have to call a number for them to take my money . That number is only open Monday through Friday so still cant get my money back . Then the female started laughing at me like something was funny. I will never ever go back and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this.
