This was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many different car washes, and this one has been the absolute worst. The vacuums are not included, and even after I paid, they still didn’t work. On top of that, nobody was available to help. The whole situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, my car was scratched very badly during the wash.

I’m really disappointed with this experience. After going through the wash, my car ended up with noticeable scratches. I also paid an extra $2 four different times trying to find a working vacuum, and none of them worked. I ended up spending $19 for a service that not only failed to deliver but made things worse. Definitely not worth it.

I was stuck in the car wash due to a car behind me. I had to honk my horn viciously to get someone's attention. They said it would be just a few minutes. When they walked away it seemed as if the line was moving again but I was going up and down in one spot like I had hydraulics🤦‍♀️ Full blown panic attack. The manager had to guide me out bc I had to drive the rest of the way. They offered for me to go back in, but absolutely NOT! I will never use another Mikes Car wash ever again.
