Very pleased with customer service! First time here and my car was filthy from being stuck behind a cement truck. Zoey and Austin took the time to truly clean and pre-wash my car before entering the car wash and even gave me a re-wash letting me go through twice. Only bad thing I have to say about this place is there was no solution to clean windows inside or dash like other car washes have. But customer service was top tier. Truly recommend.
I have tried three out of four of the vacuum spots and none of them have worked properly. :(
Very pushy staff. The employee working outside was worse than a used car salesman. I told him multiple times that I wasn’t interested in the discount sheet and that I was only there for a single wash, but he kept insisting I take it because his boss wants them handed out. When I said I would just throw it away, he pointed to the trash can and told me to go there—then still shoved it in with my receipt.
