I went through and just got a basic wash came out my hood was all scratch the top of my car was scratched up and the back wasn’t clean at all

This location never quite gets the car as clean as Fields Ertel. I am an unlimited customer for two vehicles. I stopped in on 1/27 at around 7:25pm and sat at the car wash tunnel for 10 minutes. I even gave a light honk, thinking maybe someone didn't see me. Not sure what was going on, but nobody came to the tunnel, so I had to leave without a wash. I know they were open as I saw a car leave the tunnel right when I pulled in.
