I had my BMW 330i towed to Mike's May 12th of LAST YEAR! It is now March & my vehicle is still down. Mike was made well aware this was my only form of transportation. After working on it for a bit stated to me that he was short staffed & that fixing my vehicle "depressed his technician" because there were multiple issues that had to be figured out.
