Good service and quality products
Super nice people good return time on film
Dropped off some film there and got one of them back within a few hours of dropping it off! Great customer service and have a membership deal for college students
Horrible customer service and I will never go back. I recently moved to Mill Valley and wanted to try this place to develop film from my sister’s wedding. I would rather drive into San Francisco or anywhere else to have film developed. The person who I handed the film to didn’t record that I wanted both prints and digital so I never got notified through email with a link that my digital photos were ready and no one even called me to let me know the prints were ready.
