I have been working out with Mike at least once a week for years and it’s all through Skype/Zoom as we live in two different provinces. I wouldn’t let the proximity of where you live interfere with the thought of working out with Mike - it has been an amazing experience! Mike is always so encouraging and supportive! Such a great guy, he's been my trainer for over 4 years and it's helped so much. I used to struggle with back and knee pain because of my scoliosis and patellofemoral pain syndrome. He's helped me strengthen my core and leg muscles to a point that I don't have to worry about knee problems as a young adult. Anyone who has met Mike knows he's a genuine, kind person. He's also incredibly good with kids if you want your kid to be more active and healthy.

My husband and I worked out here with Mike for over a year and what a phenomenal personal trainer! Mike was extremely patient, encouraging and very knowledgable!!! We felt completely at home in his gym and watched ourselves excel in numerous areas, both physically and mentally! A wonderful friendly environment if you are looking for a personable personal trainer who knows his stuff!! I would hands down recommend Mikes Bootcamp to anyone and everyone!!! Mike is hands-down one of the best personal trainers in the city! He makes you feel welcome and it makes you feel success! After spending over a year with Mike, my wife and Ilost over combine 50 pounds! They could not have been done to help Mike and his great support! If we had not left Kelowna, I will be at Mike's for the rest of my life! If there was a 30 start reading, Mike will get it! Fully recommend him to anybody I know, he provides a fantastic service !!!!!
