Well, another incident and back to Mikes to see Greg and Barbara again. I posted the followng about 4 years ago and it still applies: We have had several repairs done at Mike's in the last few years. Every time we were very pleased with the work, the time frame and the overall experience. We hope not to need to go back, but we might just stop by for a visit anyway.
Great service! Greg and Barbara are on top of things. I backed my 2023 Dodge Promaster camper van into a tree while on a trip. It damaged the back left corner panel including the top door hinge. (We took it to Jeff Gordon Chevy first. They gave us an estimate but then when we took it in for the work told us they couldn't work on it.) Greg explained replacement of that piece would have required that they take down the cabinetry on the inside of the van but they knew that wasn't an option for us so they cut the piece and then ... read more
My repair was supposedly going to take approximately five days. As a business truck, we needed it back in service as quickly as possible. Greg and his staff did a phenomenal job and got it back to us in two days (actually a day and a half!). Their prices were hundreds cheaper than their competitors. Barbara worked quickly to see that we were billed and out the door fast. Just an exceptional customer service oriented company. Dont think about it twice. We were thrilled and amazed at what they could do for our F150 attacked by a tree top. Exceptional work and astounding resolution. Our beautiful F150 is beautiful again. And its a wonderful truck. Needs to look wonderful, too!
