Mike and everyone at Merrifield Shell treated me and my car so well. I had a problematic situation and it took a while, but Mike was able to figure out the problem, and now my car is running like new.
The customer service is amazing! I took in my Mercedes Benz because my coolant light came on and they were so patient with me explaining what was wrong that was causing the light to come and also explained in detail what else I should take care of. No pressure, or pushy up selling, just informative conversation. I got everything fixed and my vehicle is driving great! I was even offered a loaner and given a ride home. A+ customer service! I went in to get my car inspected. The mechanic told me that there was an issue with my rear wheel cylinder and I was going fail inspection. He asked for $480 to fix it. I asked if I could go make a phone call and he said sure, take your time. In less then 5 minutes my car had the failed sticker on and I was asked to go inside and pay. They didn’t ask me again if I wanted to move forward with the service and I thought that was odd. I wanted to get some more quotes so I was ok with that. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was unprofessional and not up to standard. The staff did not seem attentive, and I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Definitely not a place I would recommend for car repairs.
