good bikes this is a great bike shop. they have a great collection of mountain as well as road bikes competetively prices.
Great store All the staff here know about bikes. They have endless patience. HUGE selection of road and mountain bikes. They're more than willing to give you tips on great bike rides in the area. They encourage you to test ride as many bikes as you can before making your final choice. Not a ton of parking, but there's plenty of side streets close by.
Cannondale Bikes! The Staff here knows all about bikes. It is nice to find the type of bike us true bikers are shopping for. They will let you test out the bikes that you are thinking about purchasing and the advice is amazing. PROS: Good Service CONS: Too expensive...
horrible bike mechanics Horrible mechanics. they ruined my bottom bracket and when I returned the bike to complain they said it was just bad. It wasn't bad when I brought it in and it was only 6 months old. Avoid at all costs
Great selection and staff They had a great selection of bikes and accessories and the staff seemed really knowledgeable about everything and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed very quickly and at great prices.
Great selection and staff There is a really knowledgeable staff here. They offer a great selection of bicycles, accessories and equipment. And they a great location and space set up. They actually have multiple locations around the Bay Area. Including one conveniently located right on the right on the Bridgeway bike path in Sausalito.

Mike Bikes? -NO WAY! Horrible Customer Service - I'm DONE with Mikes! I have a history with Mikes. Good price on bikes (during Mega Sale Only) bad service from know-it-all staff. Which they don't (know it all), all they do seem to know is that their views are right and anyone else obviously does not know what the heck they are talking about. Way to run a business.
