worst bike shop in the universe. no real riding knowledge - rude and unhelpful. also can't assemble a bike to save their life.
Over a month ago, I took my Cannondale Scalpel SI bike to this shop to replace the headset bearings. They couldn't get those parts. I never thought getting Cannondale spare parts would be so complicated.
Unfortunately 0 customer service, recommended hiring a bit more professional sales team..
This is a Great shop!! Great group of guys here who love bikes and good people all around. First off big shout out to JULIAN, the legend SERVICE TECH for installing the new brake kit & pedals so swift and efficient all whilst he was rizzing up some other Palo Alto Mamacita riders. Julian, Gil, Max, Oscar, thanks for the great service today on my specialized Levo Turbo.. I’m so stoked on my deal I got here , from Alfred & Gil.. & I learned a lot today about my bike.
