Wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They helped me pick out the right bike and took the time to make all the proper adjustments. A great experience from start to finish.
Stay away from Mike's Bikes. Many of their staff seem to have no idea what they're talking about and on numerous occasions, they've sold me the wrong part for my bike. I once dropped off my bike for repairs, and after six weeks of waiting (they had to order a part, evidently) I called only to find out the part had arrived weeks ago and they had misplaced it. Support a local bike shop instead.
I brought my bike in the night of December 23 and Benton came through big time. Let me leave it and had it turned around half an hour after opening the next morning, the day before Christmas. He was knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Thank you 🥰
