They lost a customer and a new bike sale along with it yesterday. I called to inquire about a repair. Not once did I call for an employee's opinion that the repair is not worth the cost of the bike. My bike's value to myself is what I place on it. No one else can make such an assumption. Even a $4,000 would have been worth the repair to me. Would have been being the key words now.
