5 stars all the way. I bought my Pivot Amp’d here, and the team at Mike’s Bikes has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They helped me switch from my Santa Cruz Bronson to the Pivot Amp’d and made everything easy. Danielle was super helpful, and the service department is absolutely top notch. Huge thanks to Steve and Omar for all the little things you’ve helped me with along the way. Really appreciate the support — 5/5! You are my LBS and I will support you as much as I can - very happy customer :)

A 2017 tallboy that I had bought at this location had a frame failure on me. The frame cracked around the bolts of the top tube shock mounting points. Thinking I had a Santa Cruz frame warranty I went back to this bike shop since that is apparently the only way to warranty a frame through Santa Cruz. This shop blamed me for the failure so I had to pay SantaCruz for a crash replacement frame (a cost that was almost that of a new bike). Took my bike in for a tune-up. Felt really bad because when I went to pick it up, they brought my bike out and I was very adamant that it wasn't the same bike. I was sure my bike was a different color. I was wrong but it took a few minutes for me to wrap my broken brain around it. The guys understood, except for Oscar, I could tell he wasn't trying to accept my apology. That's okay, not everyone understands brain injuries.
