Jon, Oscar, and the crew at Mike’s Bikes of Pleasanton have been great. While I’ve had many more problems with my BMC ebike than I expected, the crew at Mike’s Bikes, especially Oscar, have been with me every step of the way. Oscar is a “bike whisperer”! My BMC is running the best it has after 2k miles and Oscar’s magic.
Signed up for their free tech Tuesday clinic online after calling around 1:30pm to confirm it was happening and the material that would be covered. Showed up and the front sales/ reception team had no idea if it was happening. They told my to ask the people in the back. It seems strange that the first staff you're in contact with would have no idea if a weekly event is occurring especially since I've already signed up and called to confirm earlier that I would be there.
