Excellent fast service, honest and reliable with some of the best prices in town using factory parts. The best part is that (as a single woman) they have never behaved in a patronizing manner; and, yes, I have been known to describe sounds by imitating them and dashboard icons in art terms! I have and would recommend them to even the pickiest people I know.

Nice guys but WAY overpriced – Took my 740IL in because the engine was running rough. They wanted $660 to change 8 spark plugs and valve cover gaskets. So I asked to just have the spark plugs changed. They wanted $240 just to swap spark plugs!!! Their list price for spark plugs is $20 each!!! So I told them to forget it and picked up my car. Credit to them, they didn't charge me for looking at the car. I bought my own plugs (Bosh 4 prong) for $54 and swapped the old ones out myself. a 15minute job that requires only a 10mm d... read more
