I deleted my initial positive review as issues arose after just a few days and things have been a nightmare since. We took our Yukon to be serviced by Mike and were initially pleased with the false sense of security he offers by communicating via video the work and parts he is replacing, however we are realizing this doesn’t mean much when you aren’t well versed in car mechanics… Videos and messages seemed to offer reassurance that our major issues were being taken care of, and at a slightly lower price than expected. We took our Yukon XL in for repairs after being quoted an astronomical amount from the dealership as Mike has a very good reputation for his work. He quoted us a more reasonable price, showed videos of each issue on the vehicle before and after repair, and completed a very long list of needed repairs as efficiently as he could. I’ll be honest I do 95% of my own car work and Mike is 1 of 2 mechanics I call every time to seek advice. When their opinions conflict I always trust Mikes advice and expertise he’s never let me down. I’m very particular with who I’d let touch my car and I could leave it with Mike and know 100% for sure my car problems have gone away!
