Went in for a straight forward 200k service on my VW T5. All went to plan. Will be back for the next service.
Had a missfire issue with my car and I told them it might be a spark plug issue, they replaced it and I came out with more problems as half my dash board was lighting up and my vsa system would keep getting triggered. Paid a quit abit only to leave with more issues. Got it fixed somewhere else
I found ‘Mike’s Automotive’ to be very helpful, reliable and ethically operating automotive service provider. I took our cars and a trailer to Mike’s for registration inspections previously and had our Honda serviced and repaired there recently. Based on the quality of service I received, I highly value Mike and his team.
Mike quickly diagnosed and repaired a small factory issue with my vehicles front wheel assembly, in a friendly and professional manner, and then did NOT charge me anything for his time. Excellent customer experience all round. I would recommend.
Avoid at all costs. In my experience, this workshop showed zero respect for customers’ time or money. The communication was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I left wishing I’d gone anywhere else.
