Mike quickly diagnosed and repaired a small factory issue with my vehicles front wheel assembly, in a friendly and professional manner, and then did NOT charge me anything for his time. Excellent customer experience all round. I would recommend.

Avoid at all costs. In my experience, this workshop showed zero respect for customers’ time or money. The communication was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I left wishing I’d gone anywhere else.

After taking my sons car to Ford to try to get help with a recurring transmission problem, let's just say I was not impressed with waiting 3 weeks for a 5 minute diagnosis for something unrelated and did not need fixing anyway (over a thousand dollars). I got told to see Mike, now Mike is not only a great reliable mechanic who knows everthing there is to know about transmitions, and has reasonable prices, he is a great Bloke. I,d recomend him to anyone. Thanks again Mike.

I had a very poor experience at Mike’s Automotive. I came in for a simple rego check and ended up waiting over an hour with no communication or updates. When I was finally seen, I was told my tyres were “legal but borderline.” Despite this, they still failed my rego check – which is incredibly frustrating and feels inconsistent. If the tyres are legal, why fail the check? If they’re not legal, then just say so upfront.
