I'm sure this post will be deleted by the owner, but I cannot believe that this business has a 4.5 star review. I literally just got off the phone with Mike himself after just requesting an update on my van and this is what just transpired; he literally starts yelling at me "I TOLD YOUR HUSBAND AND NOW I'LL REITERATE IT TO YOU MORE SLOWLY..I WILL CALL YOU WHEN IT'S DONE. IS IT DONE? DID HE CALL? NO!! NOW YOU'RE JUST WASTING MY TIME. MY DAY IS FILLED W/ PEOPLE LIKE YOU CALLING AND ASKING DUMB QUESTIONS," or something very sim... read more
AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES THEY SUCK!!!!! I'VE BEEN CALLING THIS PLACE SPEAKING TO MIKE FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW TO PICK UP MY CAR TO HAVE THE REPAIRS DONE, ALL I KEEP GETTING IS THE RUN AROUND "IM GONNA PICK UP YOUR CAR THIS DAY" OR EVEN "IM GONNA GIVE YOU A CALL BACK"!!!!! I HAVENT YET RECIEVED A PHONE CALL OR HAD SERVICE DONE TO MY VEHICLE....IF YOU ASK ME THIS PLACE SUCKS...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WHEN I CALL THEM BACK I GET PUT ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
