Overall, I've been very happy with the service at Mike's. There has been an issue with the brake service I received (for both front and rear breaks) on my Subaru, both of which were performed at Mike's Auto in the past two years. However, in each case, the team at the shop - and specially Lou and Steve - have been excellent in helping identify the problems (faulty parts) and getting things resolved for me while working around my hectic schedule. Great honest mechanic
pro: very friendly staff. they send an lyft to drop you off and pick you up. cons: day and a half to take care of a 1-2 hour job because they’re very busy even if you make an appointment for 8 am. also very expensive.
These people have done amazing work for me and my car. I bought my 03 civic from them, but the car turned out to need a lot of work, mostly because of a persistent oil leak. Because of their kindness I’ve saved a LOT of money on repairs that would not have been able to afford otherwise. The people here are the kindest and most honest people you will ever meet :)
I just wanna say, Shannon” and the rest of crew fit me in, at the bottom of the ninth inning, with 2 out and bases loaded ! They coulda easily said, No, but Shannon said, yes !, we’ll Wait, Come on down !! Don’t Screw around anywhere else !!! Come to Mikes !!!
