I was due for an inspection. I went to the establishment without an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Great - quick emissions test in and out
Overall, I've been very happy with the service at Mike's. There has been an issue with the brake service I received (for both front and rear breaks) on my Subaru, both of which were performed at Mike's Auto in the past two years. However, in each case, the team at the shop - and specially Lou and Steve - have been excellent in helping identify the problems (faulty parts) and getting things resolved for me while working around my hectic schedule.
