Quick and honest work. I appreciate the fact that they work hard and are willing to take my car as soon as they can, even if they are busy that day. Good communication too. Glad we found Mike's for our auto needs!
Work is good and fairly priced. Maybe I just came on a bad day, but the customer service is extremely rude and passive-aggressive. The old gentleman at the front desk was groaning and complaining the entire time (to be fair, it seems like someone screwed up the scheduling), and when he called me he was unnecessarily aggressive. I meant to be polite by saying "how can I help you", but he just said "I don't need your help, your car is ready" and hung up. He sounded quite angry to me.
