The staff here was so helpful. I pulled into the shop because I was experiencing an issue out of nowhere and was in the area. They helped me immediately and were able to resolve the problem with my car quickly.
I had a great experience bringing my car to Mike’s! Edi and his family in the office helped me to understand exactly what I needed to be done and they also gave me a much better rate than the place I had brought my car before them. They were very quick with their repairs and I will 100% be back when I need car work done in the future!
First, your shop installed the wrong front bumper on my vehicle. I own a Toyota Prius C Four with factory fog lights, but you installed a base-model Prius C One bumper that does not have fog lights or fog light openings. This was not the correct OEM bumper model or make part for my car. Second, both the front and rear bumpers were improperly reinstalled.
