This was my first time visiting Edi's shop, and I’m very happy with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with friendliness, professionalism, and honesty. Great shop with fair pricing and awesome work. Edi was helpful and approachable. He took the time to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed or disrespected in any way (which I definitely have in other shops). I came in for an oil change but also to get the axels of my car fixed. The way my axel would CRACK when I'd turn the wheel was becoming concerning and I was honestly dreading the cost of fixing it. I have always been skeptical of auto repair shops. When I went to Mikes Auto, met the owner Edi and his daughter I knew instantly that I made a real "find". He is fast, reasonably priced (sort of LOL) and definitely knowledgeable and does great work. When you own a car with 3 letters (BMW,JAG, MBZ) it's all relative. BUT Edi believes in service, truth and there is no "Upsell" He tells you what needs to be done and what is unnecessary!! He has my business till the car conks out completely!!! Really trustworthy and kind. Absolute best mechanic I’ve ever used. They will not give you any unnecessary diagnostics or charges— in fact I thought for sure work needed to be done because of something I looked up, but he advised me to wait as he didn’t want to replace my battery unnecessarily, and everything turned out exactly as he said and I saved a bunch of money. Be prepared it does often take a couple days to get your car back because they’re busy, but it is absolutely worth it.
