Called the day before to set up appointment and get dynastic review, but when scheduling for 8 am coming from a distance the vehicle was dropped of at 8 am on time. Went back at 10:30am to see if he had made determination of problem. Nothing done and received rather rude remarks. So unsure if he was having a bad day or overbooked.....can't really respond to his repair service as just left after his harsh comments....nothing done except wasted my time and gas.
I can always trust Mike to not rip me off and have the job done in a day.
I can't really compare them to other repair shops, however, that is just the thing. I never needed to go to any other repair shops because Mikes Auto has been good to me and my vehicles. I waited til several repairs later to write this review and they have consistently done good work. They have never added to what I wished repaired for the sake of making an extra buck and have never created more damage than what I came in with.
